FINANCIAL SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER  –

 

POSITION  SUMMARY: 

The Financial Services Project Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing customer’s implementation of financial product suite. Serving in a customer service/consultative capacity to ensure customer satisfaction, to maintain efficient use of products, and to manage requests for enhanced product features of Financial Management tools.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Understand client goals and ensures high quality service and results
    • Implement TruChart Adjudication and Revenue Management product at onboarding clients; Develop and manage project plan, design customer-specific workflows, lead implementation status meetings, train users  on TruChart functions, and plan customer TruChart upgrades and communication
  • Engage  clients on a recurring basis to ensure satisfaction with service levels and results against client goals
  • Utilize established guidelines, review and redesign current management controls and tracking tools to ensure that all assignments, tasks and performance standards are being met
  • Develop recommendations for optimizing workflows and streamlining operations to improve or create standards
  • Work closely with clients to establish operational policies and procedures to ensure processes are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  •  Make recommendations for process improvement to enhance performance
    • Oversee the development and preparation of financial, statistical and management reports required to support analysis

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  •  Strong organizational and quantitative skills
    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability  to analyze, understand and summarize key issues
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills
  •  Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple team member and stakeholders
  •  Ability to communicate effectively  to an executive audience
    • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical, hospital or health insurance industry procedures and processes and applicable laws and regulations.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft  Office Products

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

  •  Bachelors  degree or equivalent relevant prior  work  experience
  •  A minimum of 3 years management experience in a Third  Party  Administrator or

Financial Services software role required
